She is currently collecting interview data for a qualitative study of home birth experiences in California, as well as working on a collaborative research team led by Dr. Laura Grindstaff to examine Twitter hashtag activism related to social movements including: Black Lives Matter, Me Too, Say Her Name, and Us Too. She is broadly interested in feminist theory, queer theory, and qualitative methods.
