Monica Williams awarded a National Science Foundation Doctoral Dissertation Improvement Grant

Monica's project "No Good Place: Community Responses to Violent Sex Offenders" is an ethnographic study of how selected communities in California are responding to the placement of "Sexually Violent Predators" in their midst. The research is funded by the Law and Social Science Program, Division of Economic and Social Science of the NSF. Congratulations Monica!
