Blu Buchanan accepts University Fellow position at the University of North Carolina-Asheville

Sociology Ph.D. candidate Blu Buchanan has accepted the University Fellow position at the University of North Carolina-Asheville. Blu will start their new position in the Fall of 2021.

Blu's nearly completed dissertation, "The Red Spectrum: Homonationalism, Victimhood, and White Gay Men," is a timely study of three right-wing gay organizations: the National Socialist League, Outright Libertarians, and Log Cabin Republicans between 1794 and 2010.

Congratulations, Blu!
