Jennifer Krebsbach Wins California Sociological Associations's 2025 Outstanding Doctoral Student Award

Jennifer Krebsbach was recognized as this year's Outstanding Doctoral Student by the California Sociological Association. This award recognizes her distinction in both scholarship and service to the university and her community.

As Professor Xiaoling Shu summaried in the nomination letter, "Krebsbach has distinguished herself through an extraordinary record of academic scholarship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and sustained service to both the university and broader communities. With a graduate GPA of 3.98, 113 completed Ph.D. units in sociology, stellar publication and research record, and dedicated service, Krebsbach exemplifies the very qualities this award seeks to honor."
