Beth Hart Selected for Provost's Dissertation Year Fellowship

The Provost's Dissertation Year Fellowship acknowledges UC Davis graduate students in the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences departments for outstanding research and academic excellence. Each year approximately 15 PhD candidates are awarded a $25,000 stipend plus remission of tuition and fees for the year through $2 million allocated by the Provost. This award recognizes students based on their academic excellence and progressive research in their respective fields of study. The objective of the fellowship is to enhance the recipients' experience at UC Davis by giving them more opportunities to focus on their coursework and research.
